We want you to feel confident wearing the reminder. If something is wrong with your order, contact us so we can help make it right.
Made-to-Order Products
Our products are made to order. Unless required by applicable law, we do not accept returns or exchanges because of a change of mind, personal preference, or a size or color selected incorrectly when ordering.
Please review the product description, size chart, and selected options before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, email consystencyinc@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving it.
Please include:

Clear photos showing the problem.

Photos of the packaging, if relevant.
We’ll review your request and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for an approved claim at no additional cost.
Returning an Item
Please contact us before mailing anything back. Most approved quality claims can be resolved without a physical return.
If a return is necessary, we’ll provide the correct address and instructions. Do not send items to the address on the package without our authorization.
Size & Color Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges when the size or color delivered matches what you selected at checkout.
If you receive a different size or color from what you ordered, contact us so we can review and correct the issue.
Missing Packages
If your package has not arrived, contact consystencyinc@gmail.com promptly and no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Include your order number and tracking information. We’ll investigate with our fulfillment partner and carrier to determine the appropriate resolution.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.
Your Consumer Rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where the law requires additional cancellation, return, replacement, or refund rights, those rights apply.
